National Poetry Day Competition Winners

We are delighted to celebrate the talented young writers who have been recognised in this year's National Poetry Day Competition.

Students from across the academy submitted a fantastic range of poems, demonstrating creativity, imagination and a love of language. The quality of entries made judging incredibly difficult, with students exploring a variety of themes and writing styles through their work.

After careful consideration, our judges selected the following winners:

KS2 Winners:

• Maryam
• Luca
• Amelia
•  Jo

KS3/4 Winners:

• Gautham
• Yuliia
• Sofia
• Isaac

Congratulations to all of our winners. Their poems stood out for their originality, thoughtful expression and creative use of language. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and the effort they put into their writing.

A huge thank you also goes to every student who entered the competition. The enthusiasm shown for poetry across the academy reflects the creativity and talent of our students, and we encourage everyone to continue developing their writing skills.
