Salary:        N5 £26,873 - £28,770 actual salary

Hours:        37 hours per week, all year

Contract:   Permanent

Start date:  As soon as possible

Location:    Great Park Academy
 

You will be employed by the Gosforth Group and may need to work across all locations within the Multi Academy Trust as required.

 

About the Trust

Gosforth Group are a dynamic and diverse Multi Academy Trust – this means we have a clear energy and purpose and all students are valued equally, regardless of their background or ability.  We are a growing multi-academy trust currently comprising of 6 academies, two of which opened in September 2021.  The Trust currently has approx. 6000 students and 650 staff.  ‘Create your future’ encapsulates our purpose as a Multi Academy Trust: to educate, support and nurture all of our students so they can achieve their potential and fulfil their ambitious aspirations.  

About the Academy

Come to work in a thriving community. Great Park Academy is a growing school committed to providing the very best education for pupils from Year 5 to Year 11. The school opened in September 2021 on a temporary site at Gosforth Academy. We will move to a brand new 1200 capacity school building in 2025 which will be situated in the Great Park area of Newcastle.

We are one of two new schools within the Gosforth Group Multi Academy Trust and will be welcoming our new cohorts of students when the position starts meaning that we will have Years 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic, creative PA to help shape the future of our school.

About the role

We are seeking a committed and professional PA to the Principal. Alongside providing a key role in supporting the Principal, such as secretarial duties including diary management, you will be a creative, ‘hands on’ colleague who is willing to support all aspects of the administration of the academy whilst it is in its infancy. You should have a good general education and experience of working in an Academy would be advantageous.
