At Great Park Academy, we have developed our three ‘Key Drivers of Excellence’, and each topic is linked to at least one of these. We have developed this device to support students to recognise the relevance of a given topic in their learning journey. By linking this new knowledge to previous learning, we deepen understanding through the strengthening of existing and formation of new schema, which enables students to transfer knowledge and concepts within a wide range of contexts.
